Ms. Stephanie Liggans graduated with her bachelor's degree from Hampton University and received her masters from Tarleton State University in psychology. She was also active duty for 6 years, has 3 children, and has a certification in Theological Studies from Oral Roberts University (ORU). After receiving her honorable discharge she went onto to spearhead the movement for this foundation to serve

Mr. Caleb Liggans was born in Killeen, Tx, has two brothers, and has lived in several cities in the U.S. and overseas.  He graduated locally from Byron P Steele II High School and while there, participated in both the football and wrestling teams.
